NJ Devils, G. Boston Jr. Bruins, Hatfield Ice Dogs, Freeport Arrows claim division titles at Labor Day Face-Off

19 North/South Division
New Jersey Devils National came out champions of the 19 North/South Division at the Massachusetts Labor Day Face-Off in Boston. Devils finished second place in the South division to qualify for the semifinals. NJ Devils then upset South division first place team South Shore Dynamos 3-0. NJ Devils came back to defeat Valley Jr. Warriors 2-1 in the championship game after losing to the Warriors earlier in round robin play.

19 East/West Division
A loaded 19 East/West Division with lots of quality teams made this a competitive division. A national semi-finalist from last year, Greater Boston Jr. Bruins took down cross town rival Boston Little Bruins 3-2 for the championship. Greater Boston Jr. Bruins went undefeated in the tournament going 5-0 in the round robin, and added another two victories in the semifinals and championship. A great tournament victory for last years Massachusetts champion will probably land them a spot in the top 10 national rankings.

18 East/West Division
Hatfield Ice Dogs have been a national powerhouse for the last few years at the Tier II division. And they proved they can compete with other Tier 1 teams by claiming the 18 East/West Division title. Hatfield only suffered one loss during the seven game tournament, and took down Boston Advantage 18U split team in the semifinal round before dispatching Foxboro Stars in the championship game.

18 North/South Division
Freeport Arrows from New York is a Tier II team who captured the North/South Division championship. Freeport finished the tournament 6-0 and starts the season off on the right note.
